Tuskers Safari Camp group booked lodge.

 Klaserie Game Reserve's exclusive use safari camp for groups of up to 10 guests.  

Tuskers Safari Camp is situated in the East of the Klaserie Private Game Reserve and built on a high river bank looking over the seasonal Ntsiri River and open plains.

The lodge has five en-suite bedrooms all built under one extended thatched roof each with an entrance from the walkway. A separate building houses the lounge and dining area with fold-away doors that open onto a deck with a view. The deck has a pool and an outdoor dining area, with a breakfast grill. There is also a traditional 'lapa" where dinners are served next to a campfire. The "lapa" has a thatched roof with a covered dining table and a fire in the open area of the stone 'Lapa". Even on windy and cold nights, cosey diners can be enjoyed in the lapa by the fragrant campfire.

Tuskers Safari Camp is operated by Natural Earth Safaris; a partnership between two young men who grew up in the bush together, back when there were very few people at all in the area. Troy Meeser and Dave Hancock remained friends after being torn apart by boarding schools and career choices and have combined their enthusiasm and skills to provide an authentic bush experience. 

All meals and tea/coffee is included. Morning and afternoon game drives in the Klasrie as well as a possible walk (if all the criteria are met). The East Block of Klaserie Game Reserve has a few small personalised lodges that are neighbours to Tusker, and these facilities all cooperate with sharing animal sightings.

• A vehicle gate fee of ZAR290 per vehicle at Enkulu Gate.

Dear Judy,

Thank you for arranging the fabulous trip. All four of us agree it was a trip of a lifetime. We all thought Tusker lodge and Troy's and Vucy's safaris were the best of the trip, including those in Botswana! The meals at Tusker were also the best. Tusker and Troy really set a high bar for excellence.
